Netwerkkabel DeLOCK 81166 RJ-45 Cat6a 3 m zwart

The DeLOCK 81166 networking cable is a Cat6a U/FTP (STP) cable with a length of 3 m and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It supports data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and is intended for reliable, high-speed connections between networking devices such as a NIC, switch or patch panel. The cable is black and designed for use in home and office environments.

Advantages

The cable is super flexible and flat, allowing installation under carpets, floors or behind wallpaper. Its flexible sheath provides resistance to mechanical strain while maintaining signal integrity. As a Cat6a U/FTP cable it offers improved protection against electromagnetic interference compared to unshielded cables.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch
• Patch panel to switch connections
• High-speed LAN links in home or office
• Routing under carpets, along skirting boards or behind wallpaper

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other end into the switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully seated to establish a reliable connection. Route the flat cable along the desired path, taking care to avoid sharp bends and excessive compression that could damage the internal pairs.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid tightly bending the cable and keep it away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference. When running under carpets or behind wallpaper, make sure the cable is not pinched by furniture edges or door thresholds.
