Netwerkkabel DeLOCK 85868 grijs 1 m Cat6 S/FTP

The DeLOCK 85868 networking cable is a 1 m Cat6 patch cable with S/FTP (S-STP) shielding and grey jacket. It is equipped with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and is designed to connect network devices such as a network interface card, switch or patch panel while reducing electromagnetic interference for reliable data transmission.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against crosstalk and external interference. Cat6 specification supports higher data rates and better signal integrity compared with older cable categories. Angled RJ-45 connector design allows space-saving installation in confined areas behind devices or in network cabinets. The 1 m length and neutral grey colour suit short cabinet connections and tidy cable routing.

Suitable for

• Connecting a NIC to a switch
• Patch panel to switch connections in small racks
• Short runs between devices in home or office networks

Verify link lights on the devices to confirm an active connection.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable for short to medium links within racks or between adjacent devices and avoid running it parallel to high-voltage power lines. Replace cables that show visible damage to the jacket or connectors.
