Netwerkkabel DeLOCK 85877 Cat6a S/FTP 1m grijs

The DeLOCK 85877 networking cable is a 1 m Cat6a S/FTP cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for reliable high-speed data transmission. The S/FTP shielding provides enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference, while the angled plug allows space-saving installation in tight areas behind devices or in network cabinets. The grey jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for professional installations.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces crosstalk and external interference for stable signal quality. Cat6a specification supports higher bandwidth and faster data rates compared with Cat5e/Cat6 cables. Angled RJ-45 plug enables installation in confined spaces where straight connectors would not fit. Durable construction and standard 1 m length make it suitable for short patch connections and tidy cable routing.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch or patch panel
• Patching in network cabinets and racks with limited rear clearance
• Short horizontal or vertical patch runs in office and data center environments

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding port on your devices until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. Use the angled plug when routing the cable in tight spaces or behind equipment to reduce stress on the connector and save clearance. Avoid sharp bends near the connector and keep the cable untwisted as much as possible to maintain optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short patch connections within racks or between nearby devices. Maintain proper cable management and avoid electromagnetic sources where possible. Verify network settings and run link tests after installation to confirm expected performance.
