Netwerkkabel DeLOCK M12 kabel D-gecodeerd 4-polig stekker-stekker PUR (TPU) 1 m

The DeLOCK M12 Cable D-coded 4 pin male to male PUR (TPU) 1 m is an industrial Ethernet cable for reliable data transmission between devices with M12 D-coded connectors. With a 1 m length and a PUR (TPU) sheath, it is designed for use in machine control, automation and other industrial environments where mechanical stress and exposure to oils or UV light occur.

Advantages

The cable features a robust PUR (TPU) outer sheath that is oil- and UV-resistant, providing protection in demanding industrial settings. It is processed to support up to 10 million bending cycles, making it suitable for continuous motion applications. The M12 D-coded 4-pin male-to-male connectors ensure secure and standardised Ethernet connections for industrial equipment.

Suitable for

• Connection of sensors, actuators and controllers with M12 D-coded ports
• Machine automation and control systems
• Use in drag chains and moving cable conduits
• Industrial network installations requiring compact M12 connections

Key specifications

• Connector: M12 D-coded 4 pin male to male
• Cable length: 1 m
• Sheath material: PUR (TPU)
• Durability: supports up to 10 million bending cycles
• Suitable for industrial use; oil- and UV-resistant
• Brand: DELOCK, MPN: 80416, EAN: 4043619804160

How to use

Connect the M12 D-coded male connectors to corresponding M12 D-coded female ports on devices such as controllers, sensors or Ethernet switches. Ensure connectors are tightened according to device specifications to maintain a reliable connection and environmental protection. Route the cable through cable carriers or drag chains where required, observing bending radius limits specified by the equipment manufacturer.

Recommendations

For longest service life, avoid sharp bends and excessive tensile stress; confirm compatibility with the system’s mechanical routing and environmental conditions before installation.
