Netwerkkabel DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A S/FTP slank 0.25m zwart

The DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A S/FTP Slim network cable, 0.25 m in length and black, is designed to connect networking devices such as a NIC to a switch or patch panel. Its Cat.6A rating supports high-speed data transmission, while S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for reliable signal integrity. The slim design with a reduced cable diameter enables flexible and space-saving cabling in racks and tight installations.

Advantages

The slim patch cable combines Cat.6A performance with S/FTP shielding to offer stable high-speed connections in environments with potential interference. Its short 0.25 m length and thin jacket simplify cable management in crowded network cabinets and behind equipment. Standard RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with common networking devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch
• Patch connections between switches and patch panels in rack environments
• Short-distance links where space-saving cabling is required
• Environments needing additional shielding against interference

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK

• Cable length: 0.25 m
• Colour: Black

How to use

Insert an RJ-45 connector into the network port of the device (for example a NIC) and connect the other RJ-45 connector to the switch or patch panel port. Ensure connectors are fully seated until they click to establish a secure connection. The short 0.25 m length is intended for close-proximity connections; avoid excessive bending of the cable near the connector to maintain performance.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short, internal connections inside network racks or between nearby devices. Keep the cable run free from sharp bends and away from strong electromagnetic sources when possible to preserve the S/FTP shielding effectiveness.
