Netwerkkabel EFB Elektronik K5528BL.1 RJ-45 Cat8.1 1 m blauw

The EFB Elektronik K5528BL.1 RJ-45 Cat8.1 networking cable is a 1 m S/FTP patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet over RJ45. It supports Cat.8.1 performance with a frequency range up to 2000 MHz and is specified for 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T applications, with a maximum recommended transmission distance of 30 m.

Advantages

This Cat8.1 cable provides shielding (S/FTP) to reduce electromagnetic interference and deliver stable data transfer. It supports data rates up to 40000 Mbit/s and uses standard RJ-45 connectors on both ends for easy compatibility with existing network equipment. The 1 m length and blue jacket make it suitable for short horizontal or patch-panel connections while keeping cable management clear.

Suitable for

• 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T server-to-switch or switch-to-switch short links
• High-density patch panels and rack-mounted equipment
• Short horizontal runs and workstation patching

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the network device (switch, server or patch panel) and the other end to the corresponding port. Ensure both ends are fully inserted and secured to maintain proper contact. Use this 1 m cable for short connections inside racks or between nearby devices; avoid bending the cable beyond the manufacturer’s recommended bend radius and keep it away from strong sources of electromagnetic noise where possible.

Recommendations

For reliable 25G/40G performance, use this cable for runs within the specified 30 m limit and pair it with compatible Cat8.1-capable network equipment. Inspect connectors for damage before installation and avoid excessive pulling or sharp bends during cable routing.
