Netwerkkabel EFB Elektronik K8104WS.7,5 RJ-45 Cat6 7,5m wit

The EFB Elektronik K8104WS.7,5 RJ-45 Cat6 7.5m White is a 7.5 metre Ethernet patch cable designed for wired network connections. Built to Cat6 specification with U/UTP construction and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, the cable supports high-speed data transmission up to 5000 Mbit/s and provides a reliable link between network devices in home and office environments.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable offers consistent performance for gigabit and multi-gigabit networks thanks to its U/UTP shielding and quality conductors. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve contact reliability and resist corrosion, while the 7.5 m length balances reach and signal integrity for typical desk-to-switch or patch-panel connections. The white jacket allows discreet installation along walls, ceilings, or in server cabinets where a neutral color is preferred.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktops, laptops, and workstations to network switches or routers
• Patch panel to switch links in small server rooms and office racks
• Home networking setups including IPTV, streaming devices and smart home hubs
• Temporary or permanent cabling where a 7.5 m length is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs with overall jacket)
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 5000 Mbit/s
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 7.5 m
• Color: White

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the Ethernet port of your device (computer, switch, router, or modem) and the other plug to the corresponding network port. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure physical connection. For best performance, avoid tight bends, kinks, or prolonged compression of the cable, and keep it separated from sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible.

Recommendations

Route the cable with gentle curves, secure it with cable clips or ties without over-tightening, and test link speed after installation using a network diagnostics tool to verify expected throughput. For installations near heavy electrical equipment or long parallel runs alongside power cables, consider using shielded cabling or different routing to minimise interference.
