Netwerkkabel EFB Elektronik K8560GR.1.5 RJ45 Cat6a 1,5 m grijs

The EFB Elektronik K8560GR.1.5 RJ45 Cat6a 1.5m Grey networking cable is a shielded Cat6a patch cable designed for high-speed wired connections. At 1.5 meters length and fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this grey cable supports up to 10 Gbps data transfer rates and is suitable for linking switches, routers, computers, patch panels and other Ethernet-capable devices in home and office environments. The cable construction meets Cat6a performance requirements to provide stable signal transmission and reduced crosstalk compared with lower-category cables.

Advantages

The cable's Cat6a specification enables higher bandwidth and improved performance for demanding network applications. Dual RJ-45 connectors ensure broad compatibility with existing network hardware without the need for adapters. Its 1.5 m length is convenient for short to medium runs behind desks, between wall sockets and network equipment. The grey outer jacket offers a neutral appearance for tidy cable management while providing basic mechanical protection for the conductors.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops and network switches
• Patch panel to switch or wall outlet connections in small offices
• High-speed data transfer between NAS devices and routers
• Home network setups requiring 10 Gbps-capable links for media streaming or backups

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a (supports up to 10 Gbps)
• Length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your source device (for example a computer or NAS) and the other connector into the destination device (router, switch or wall outlet). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a reliable physical and electrical connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and tight loops; leave some slack to prevent strain on the connectors. For best performance, keep the cable separated from high-voltage power lines and large sources of electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

For consistent 10 Gbps performance, use the cable for runs within its length limits and within typical structured cabling environments. When installing in permanent infrastructure, verify compatibility with existing patch panels and switch ports and avoid excessive bending or crushing to preserve signal integrity.
