Netwerkkabel EFB Elektronik MK6001.30MA Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP) 30 m magenta RJ-45

EFB Elektronik MK6001.30MA is a 30 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP) networking cable with RJ-45 connectors and gold-plated contacts. The cable is designed to support 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications and offers reliable performance for server rooms, office networks and professional home installations. The magenta jacket helps with visual identification of runs.

Advantages

The shielded S/FTP construction reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, enabling stable high-speed data transmission up to 10 000 Mbit/s. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide improved corrosion resistance and consistent connectivity. A moulded slim grommet on the connector simplifies insertion in tight or crowded patch panels and keeps the connector secure.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet links in server rooms
• Office network backbones and horizontal cabling
• Professional home network installations
• Patch panels and rack-mounted switches in dense setups

How to use

Connect the RJ-45 plugs to the corresponding ports on network devices, switches or patch panels, ensuring correct orientation and full insertion until the latch engages. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; maintain proper separation from power cables where possible to minimise interference. Use cable management accessories to secure runs in racks or trays.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for links up to 30 m within structured cabling environments and maintain bend radius and strain-relief best practices; avoid routing alongside high-voltage power lines to reduce interference.
