Netwerkkabel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 25m wit

The equip® Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cord is a 25 m network cable designed for high-performance data transmission. Constructed from quality materials and tested to meet industry standards, this Cat.6 S/FTP cable provides improved bandwidth and a better signal-to-noise margin for stable operation in demanding network environments. It comes with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a white outer jacket for a neat installation.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting reliable and low-error data transfer. As a Cat.6 cable, it offers higher bandwidth compared with lower-category cables, enabling faster network speeds and improved headroom for digital applications. The 25 m length provides flexibility for connecting devices across larger rooms or between network equipment racks.

Suitable for

• Office and home LAN connections
• Connecting switches, routers and patch panels
• High-speed Ethernet links up to Cat6 performance
• Environments requiring reduced interference (S/FTP shielding)

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices (for example, switch to computer or patch panel to router). Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from strong sources of interference. For best performance, observe standard cabling practices such as maintaining proper bend radius and avoiding kinks.

Recommendations

Use the Equip Cat.6 S/FTP patch cord for horizontal and patching applications where Cat6 performance and S/FTP shielding are required. For optimal signal quality, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors are visibly damaged.
