Netwerkkabel Equip Cat.6A S/FTP Patchkabel RJ-45 1m blauw

The Network Cable Equip Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cable RJ-45 1m Blue is a 1-metre shielded Ethernet patch lead designed for high-speed 10GBase-T networks. Constructed with S/FTP (shielded foil twisted pair) cabling and RJ-45 connectors with gold plating, the cable provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference and reliable contact for data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s.

Advantages

The Cat.6A S/FTP design offers higher bandwidth and an improved signal-to-noise margin compared with lower-category cables, reducing error rates in demanding network environments. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure consistent electrical contact and corrosion resistance. Its 1 m length and blue jacket make it suitable for patching in racks, switches and patch panels while keeping installations tidy.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T networks and high-speed Ethernet connections
• Patching between switches, patch panels and network devices in server rooms
• Workstation or office cabling where interference protection is required

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network port of a switch, router or network interface card and the other connector to the corresponding port on the destination device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results in 10GBase-T environments, use this Cat.6A S/FTP patch cable for short interconnects (patching) within racks and between nearby network devices. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and maintain bend radius per industry guidelines to preserve shielding and signal integrity.
