Netwerkkabel Garbot B-02-60800 10 m Cat6 S/FTP grijs

The Garbot B-02-60800 is a 10 m Cat6 networking cable with S/FTP shielding designed for reliable wired connections between devices. It uses a prepared double-shielded twisted pair construction with screened RJ‑45 connectors on both ends and gold-plated contacts, with contact wiring 1:1 according to the EIA/TIA 568 standard. The cable is grey, flexible and includes moulded kink protection for increased durability.

Advantages

Complete braid shielding combined with individually foil‑shielded pairs (S/FTP) reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Gold‑plated RJ‑45 contacts improve corrosion resistance and signal reliability. Flexible stranded copper conductors and moulded kink protection support narrow bends and frequent handling without degrading performance.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in home networks
• Office workstations and networked devices
• Connecting switches, routers, NAS and PCs

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 m
• Category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil‑shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ‑45 → RJ‑45, gold‑plated contacts
• Conductor: 4‑pair stranded copper
• Contact wiring: 1:1 (EIA/TIA 568)
• Color: Grey

How to use

Plug each RJ‑45 connector into the matching network ports on your devices (e.g., router, switch, PC). Ensure connectors are fully inserted and clips are engaged. Route the cable to avoid excessive tension or sharp edges; the moulded kink protection allows for tighter bends but avoid repeated bending at the same point. The cable supports standard Ethernet setups up to Cat6 performance levels when terminated correctly.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, keep the cable separate from mains power lines and large sources of electromagnetic interference. Use within indoor environments and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Inspect connectors before use and replace the cable if shielding or insulation is damaged.
