Netwerkkabel Goobay 74357 RJ-45 Cat8.1 0,15 m wit

The Goobay 74357 networking cable is a super-slim Cat8.1 patch cable with a length of 0.15 m and white jacket. Featuring U/FTP (STP) shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this cable is designed for high-speed data transfer with improved signal integrity and reduced electromagnetic interference. Its extra-short connectors and slim construction reduce material volume in server cabinets and patch panels, improving air circulation and limiting heat build-up compared with conventional cabling.

Advantages

The cable’s super-slim copper conductors and soft TPE jacket provide enhanced flexibility and material efficiency while the U/FTP shielding minimizes crosstalk and external interference. Extra-short RJ-45 connectors reduce space usage in dense installations, and gold-plated connector contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-resistant connections.

Suitable for

• High-density server cabinets and patch panels
• Short interconnections in racks and network enclosures
• Desktop or office setups requiring compact Ethernet patching
• High-speed data links up to Cat8.1 performance over short distances

Key specifications

• Model: Goobay 74357
• Standard: Cat8.1
• Length: 0.15 m
• Shielding: U/FTP (STP)
• Connectors: RJ-45 — gold-plated (both ends)
• Colour: White

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the appropriate Ethernet ports on your devices or patch panel until the latch clicks. Use this short Cat8.1 cable for close-proximity connections where space saving and reduced cable bulk are required. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid sharp bends at the cable entry to maintain shielding and performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the Goobay 74357 in short-distance, high-density installations. Avoid extended runs beyond the intended short linking use; maintain gentle bend radii and avoid crushing or kinking the cable to preserve shielding and signal integrity.
