Netwerkkabel Goobay CAT 8.1 Patchkabel RJ-45 Cat8.1 1m wit

The Goobay CAT 8.1 Patch Cord is a 1 m high-performance network cable with AWG 24, 99.9% oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors and a halogen-free (LSZH) sheath. It uses S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors with gold plating to ensure stable, low-interference data transmission suitable for demanding network environments and high-resolution image transport up to 8K @ 60 Hz and 4K @ 120 Hz.

Advantages

This Cat 8.1 patch cord combines high-quality 99.9% OFC inner conductors and precise RJ-45 plugs to deliver reliable signal integrity and low attenuation. The S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference, while the LSZH outer sheath increases safety in enclosed spaces. The cable supports 10GBase-T signalling and is designed for fast, stable connections in both home and office networks.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN connections in homes and offices
• Connecting network switches, routers and patch panels
• High-resolution video transmission (8K @ 60 Hz, 4K @ 120 Hz)
• Environments where low-smoke, halogen-free cabling is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 m
• Conductor: 99.9% oxygen-free copper (OFC), AWG 24
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Sheath: LSZH (halogen-free)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold plated

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding ports of your network devices (switch, router, patch panel or network interface). Ensure connectors click into place for a secure connection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat 8.1 patch cord for short to medium cable runs up to 1 m in structured cabling setups and pair it with compatible Cat 8-rated equipment. Avoid excessive bending and mechanical stress to maintain signal quality and connector lifespan.
