Netwerkkabel Lanberg PCF6A-10CU-0025-Y RJ-45 Cat6a 0,25 m geel

The Lanberg PCF6A-10CU-0025-Y RJ-45 Cat6a 0.25 m Yellow patch cord is a short, shielded network cable engineered for reliable data transmission in dense or interference-prone environments. This Cat6a cable uses S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends to support high-speed Ethernet connections between switches, servers, routers and active network equipment. The 0.25 m length is suitable for tidy, short-reach connections inside server racks, patch panels and network enclosures while the yellow jacket provides clear visual identification of cable runs.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk to maintain signal integrity at higher frequencies. The Cat6a specification supports higher data rates and improved performance over earlier categories. Short length minimizes excess cable bulk, improving airflow and organization in racks and cabinets. RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of network devices. The visible yellow jacket aids quick identification and structured cabling management.

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding port on the network devices until the latch clicks into place. Use the 0.25 m length for short, direct connections inside racks, between patch panels and switches, or for short links where minimal slack is needed. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid sharp bends near the connector boots to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. When routing multiple cables, group and secure them to prevent mechanical strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP patch cord for short, high-performance links where interference reduction and clear cable identification are important. Avoid installing the cable in environments with excessive physical abrasion and maintain bend radius recommendations for Ethernet cabling to ensure long-term performance.
