Netwerkkabel Lindy 1,5m Cat.6 RJ-45 S/FTP oranje

Network Cable Lindy 1.5m Cat.6 RJ-45 S/FTP Orange is a Cat.6 S/FTP twisted pair patch cable with RJ45 connectors and gold-plated contacts. The cable provides shielding with a braided overall shield and foil around each pair (S/FTP) and supports bandwidths up to 250 MHz for Ethernet standards up to 1GBase-T. It is available in multiple lengths and colours and is individually packaged in a polybag. The product meets ISO/IEC 11801 testing and includes a 10 year warranty.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal integrity in environments with potential noise. Gold-plated pins offer corrosion resistance and stable conductivity to minimise signal loss over time. The integrated snagless connector with reinforced strain relief protects the latch during installation and removal, increasing connector durability.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T)
• Home and office network connections
• Patch panels and switch-to-device links
• AV extension and data distribution installations

How to use

Connect one RJ‑45 connector to your network device (switch, router or network interface) and the other to the destination device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks. Route the cable avoiding tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to maintain optimal performance.

Recommendations

For reliable Gigabit performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines and keep bend radius above the manufacturer’s minimum; use the appropriate length to reduce excess cable slack.
