Netwerkkabel Lindy 1m Cat.5e RJ-45 U/UTP grijs

Cat.5e U/UTP PVC network cable supporting bandwidths up to 100 MHz, suitable for Ethernet applications up to 1GBase-T. The cable is unshielded (U/UTP) and manufactured and tested according to ISO/IEC 11801. Each cable is packaged individually in a polybag.

Advantages

Provides reliable performance for gigabit Ethernet despite being unshielded, with gold-plated contacts that reduce corrosion and maintain stable connections. The snagless strain relief design protects the connector latch from damage during installation and removal, increasing durability and ease of use.

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.5e
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded)
• Conductor insulation: PVC
• Bandwidth: up to 100 MHz
• Compatible Ethernet standard: up to 1GBase-T
• Contacts: gold-plated

How to use

Route and install the Cat.5e U/UTP PVC cable between network devices following standard cabling practices. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks; the snagless strain relief protects the latch during handling. Use with network hardware supporting 1GBase-T for gigabit speeds and avoid excessive bending or crushing to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, maintain proper cable separation from strong electromagnetic sources and follow ISO/IEC cabling guidelines during installation. Inspect connectors for contamination before use and replace cables showing visible damage.
