Netwerkkabel Lindy 3m Cat.6 RJ-45 U/UTP rood

Network Cable Lindy 3m Cat.6 RJ-45 U/UTP Red is a 3-metre Cat6 Ethernet cable with RJ-45 connectors, designed for data transmission at operating frequencies up to 250 MHz. The unshielded U/UTP construction and carefully controlled electrical parameters allow use with Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T) while meeting ISO/IEC 11801 standards. The cable comes individually packaged in a polybag and features gold-plated contacts for long-term corrosion resistance.

Advantages

The snagless strain relief protects the connector latch during installation and removal, reducing the risk of damage. Gold-plated contacts provide reliable, low-corrosion connections over extended periods. The cable supports high-speed networking up to 1GBase-T and is tested according to ISO/IEC 11801 for consistent performance.

Suitable for

• Wired Gigabit Ethernet connections (10/100/1000Base-T)
• Home and small office network cabling
• Patch panel and switch connections
• Desktop computers, routers and network devices requiring RJ-45 ports

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6 (ISO/IEC 11801)
• Type: U/UTP (unshielded)
• Bandwidth: up to 250 MHz
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Red
• Supports: 10/100/1000Base-T (Gigabit Ethernet)

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on devices such as switches, routers or computers until the connector latch clicks into place. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and reduce electromagnetic interference by keeping it clear of high-voltage power cables where possible. For removal, depress the latch and pull the connector straight out to avoid stressing the cable or connector.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to mains power lines; maintain gentle bend radii and use the cable within the specified 3 m length. Replace cables that show visible damage to the connector or insulation to preserve connection quality.
