Netwerkkabel LogiLink 7,5 m Cat7 RJ-45 S/FTP zwart

The LogiLink 7.5m Cat7 RJ-45 S/FTP networking cable provides a 7.5 metre connection designed for high-speed data transfer and reliable network performance. Constructed to Cat7 standards with S/FTP shielding and LSZH halogen-free jacket, the cable reduces electromagnetic interference and is suitable for indoor use in home and office environments. Gold-plated Cat6 RJ45 plugs ensure durable contact and improved signal transmission.

Advantages

S/FTP construction with individually shielded pairs and an overall braid shields against crosstalk and external interference. AWG 26/7 copper conductors deliver stable signal integrity for up to 600 MHz bandwidth and support 10 Gigabit connections where infrastructure permits. The LSZH (low-smoke, zero-halogen) jacket reduces hazardous emissions in case of fire. Gold-plated 50 µ RJ-45 contacts improve corrosion resistance and connectivity longevity.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between PCs, switches and routers in home or office networks
• High-bandwidth applications such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet (when supported by connected devices)
• Environments requiring low-smoke, halogen-free cabling

Key specifications

• Length: 7.5 m
• Bandwidth: up to 600 MHz
• Data rate: supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet (dependent on system)
• Conductor: AWG 26/7 copper
• Shielding: pairs in metal foil + overall braid (S/FTP)
• Connectors: RJ-45 Cat6 plugs, 50 µ gold plated
• Jacket: LSZH (halogen-free)
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173-1, TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch or PC) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and physical damage; maintain bend radius recommended by networking equipment to preserve signal quality. For permanent installations, verify compatibility with patch panels or keystone jacks before terminating.

Recommendations

Use this Cat7 S/FTP cable for reliable wired links where reduced interference and higher bandwidth are required. For maximum 10 Gigabit performance, ensure all connected equipment and network infrastructure support the desired speeds. Avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines to minimize interference.
