Netwerkkabel LOGON PROFESSIONAL TCR6ASS020I RJ-45 Cat6a 2 m ivoor

The LOGON PROFESSIONAL TCR6ASS020I RJ-45 Cat6a 2 m Ivory is a shielded network cable engineered for stable high-speed data transmission in wired Ethernet environments. This Cat6a cable provides enhanced bandwidth and reduced crosstalk compared with lower-category cables, while the S/FTP shielding minimizes electromagnetic interference and helps preserve signal integrity over the full 2 m length. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors for straightforward connection to switches, routers, network cards and other Ethernet-enabled devices. The neutral ivory jacket blends into residential and professional installations.

Advantages

The cable’s Cat6a specification supports higher frequencies and improved performance for Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet links where cable length and shielding are important. S/FTP shielding—foil around each pair plus an overall braided shield—provides robust protection against external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk. Factory-terminated RJ-45 plugs ensure reliable mechanical fit and fast deployment without on-site termination. The 2 m length offers flexibility for desktop, rack and wall-mounted equipment while the ivory jacket reduces visual contrast in light-coloured interiors.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, laptops and workstations to local network switches
• Linking routers, modems or access points to network infrastructure
• Short runs in server racks and patch panels requiring shielded cabling
• Home and office installations where a discreet ivory cable colour is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (foil per pair + overall braid)
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Ivory

How to use

Route the cable between the two network devices avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic noise. Insert the RJ-45 plug firmly into the Ethernet ports until a click confirms engagement. For rack or patch panel use, follow standard cable management practices and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors. No special tools are required for connection because the cable is pre-terminated.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the LOGON PROFESSIONAL Cat6a cable for runs up to the intended length and avoid bundling with unshielded power cables. When connecting to shielded network equipment, ensure proper grounding of chassis or shields to benefit from the cable’s S/FTP design.
