Netwerkkabel LOGON UTP Cat6 1,5 m, RJ-45 naar RJ-45, oranje

LOGON UTP Cat6 networking cable, 1.5 m, with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, provides a compact and clearly identifiable solution for local area network connections. The cable follows the Cat6 specification and uses an unshielded twisted pair (UTP) construction, making it suitable for short runs between devices such as routers, switches, patch panels and computers. The bright orange jacket assists with cable identification and management in home or office installations.

Advantages

The Cat6 design supports higher bandwidth and reduced crosstalk compared with lower-category cables, enabling reliable gigabit Ethernet performance over short distances. The RJ-45 male connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with standard network ports, and the flexible 1.5 m length reduces excess cable clutter while allowing convenient device placement. The orange outer jacket improves visibility and organization within cable bundles and racks.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop or laptop to a router or switch
• Patching between switch and patch panel in small network closets
• Short-run connections in home or office LANs
• Temporary network setups for events or testing

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6 (UTP)
• Length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 male to RJ-45 male
• Conductor type: twisted pair (unshielded)
• Jacket colour: orange

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the network ports of the devices to be linked until you hear a click. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For patching in racks or panels, orient the coloured jacket for easy identification and avoid stretching the cable beyond its natural length.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, use this Cat6 UTP cable for connections up to recommended short-run distances and avoid running it parallel to high-voltage power lines. When installing in structured cabling, label both ends and maintain proper bend radius to prolong cable life.
