Netwerkkabel ROLINE 21.15.3955 RJ-45 Cat6a 2 m zwart

The ROLINE 21.15.3955 RJ-45 Cat6a 2 m Black is a U/UTP networking cable designed for reliable wired Ethernet connections. At 2 meters long and fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this Cat6a cable supports higher data rates and reduced crosstalk compared with lower category cables, making it suitable for modern local area network setups where stable throughput is required.

Advantages

This Cat6a U/UTP cable offers improved shielding against alien crosstalk while maintaining flexibility for neat cable routing. The RJ-45 connectors provide universal compatibility with standard Ethernet ports. The 2 m length balances reach and cable management for desk-to-switch or patch-panel connections. The black outer jacket provides a discreet appearance that integrates into office and home environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, laptops or VoIP phones to network switches or routers
• Patch-panel to switch connections in small office racks
• Home network wiring for streaming, gaming and stable internet access
• Temporary or permanent cabling where a 2 m reach is appropriate

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a (augmented performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over shorter distances)
• Cable type: U/UTP (unshielded pairs, overall unshielded)
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Length: 2 m
• Colour: Black

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of the devices you wish to connect — for example, from a computer to a switch or from a switch to a patch panel. Ensure connectors click into place to establish a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges that can damage the internal pairs. For best results, keep the cable away from large sources of electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power lines or transformers.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a cable for reliable short-run connections where enhanced performance and reduced crosstalk are needed. For permanent installations, verify that cable routing allows ventilation and avoids pinch points; for high-density racks, consider color-coding or labeling to simplify maintenance.
