Netwerkkabel Sandberg UTP Cat6 RJ-45 2 m wit

Network Cable Sandberg UTP Cat6 RJ-45 2m White is a 2 meter UTP patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed to connect computers, modems, switches and distributor boxes. Compliant with the Cat6 standard, it supports 1000 Mbit/s Ethernet while remaining backward compatible with 10 and 100 Mbit/s networks. The U/UTP construction reduces interference for stable data transmission in home and office environments.

Advantages

The Cat6 design offers improved bandwidth and lower crosstalk compared with earlier standards, enabling reliable gigabit connections. At 2 m length and in white colour, the cable is convenient for tidy installations and short patching tasks. Standard RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with common network equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting a computer to a broadband modem or router
• Linking switches or patching between network devices
• Use in distributor boxes and short in-cabinet connections

How to use

Insert one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your computer or device and the other into the modem, router, switch or patch panel. Ensure connectors click into place and verify link status on your devices. For best performance, avoid sharply bending the cable and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 UTP cable for short runs up to 2 m in home or office networks where gigabit Ethernet is required; for longer runs or environments with heavy electromagnetic interference consider using shielded cabling or proper cable routing to maintain signal integrity.
