Netwerkkabel Sharkoon 1,5 m RJ-45 Cat6 S/FTP blauw

Sharkoon 1.5m RJ-45 Cat6 S/FTP Blue is a 1.5 metre network cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. The cable uses S/FTP shielding and a 26 AWG copper inner conductor with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to provide stable signal transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference. It complies with ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288 and TIA/EIA 568-C.2 standards.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction offers superior protection against external noise and crosstalk, while the 26 AWG copper conductor maintains consistent data transfer. Gold-plated connectors improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance. The 1.5 m length and blue jacket make the cable convenient for short runs and easy to identify in network setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers and switches in home or office networks
• High-speed internet and LAN connections up to Cat6 performance
• Short patch runs in server rooms, workstations and living spaces

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat6 S/FTP
• Length: 1.5 m
• Conductor: Copper, 26 AWG
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288, TIA/EIA 568-C.2

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the Ethernet ports of your devices (PC, router, switch) until they click into place. Route the 1.5 m cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For optimal performance, ensure connectors are fully seated and compatible with Cat6 ports.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short-distance Ethernet connections where Cat6 performance and reduced interference are required. Avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines to maintain signal quality.
