Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks 08-35064 Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45-patchkabel, litze, voor ethernet tot 10 Gbit/s

ShiverPeaks 08-35064 Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 patch cable is a stranded patch lead engineered for Ethernet networks requiring up to 10 Gbps throughput. The cable features four unshielded pairs terminated with RJ45 plugs on both ends, providing a flexible connection for linking switches, routers and patch panels. With Cat 7 performance characteristics, it is intended for environments where high-speed, reliable patch connections are needed, including data centers, office LANs and advanced home networks.

Advantages

The stranded conductor design improves cable flexibility and ease of routing in tight spaces and patch panels while maintaining Cat 7 performance for high data rates. RJ45 terminations ensure compatibility with standard network ports and allow quick, tool-free patching between devices. The cable’s construction supports consistent signal transmission and is suitable for frequent flexing and reconfiguration in active network racks and desktop setups.

Suitable for

• Patch connections between switches, routers and patch panels
• Office local area networks (LANs) requiring up to 10 Gbps
• Home networks with high-bandwidth requirements for media streaming and large file transfers
• Temporary or frequently changed cabling in server rooms and telecom closets

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 7 U/UTP
• Transmission speed: up to 10 Gbps
• Conductor type: stranded conductors for improved flexibility
• Pairs: 4 twisted pairs (unshielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ45 plugs on both ends
• Use case: Ethernet patch cabling for switches, routers and patch panels

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network device port and the other to the corresponding patch panel or device port. Ensure connectors are fully seated and locked to prevent intermittent connections. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid tight bundles near strong electrical interference sources. For best performance, match cable category and length to network equipment capabilities and avoid exceeding recommended channel lengths for 10 Gbps operation.

Recommendations

Use this Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 patch cable for short to medium-length patching inside racks and between devices. Prefer stranded-pair patch leads for panels and desk-level connections where flexibility is important. Keep cable runs organized with cable managers and avoid excessive bending or crushing to preserve signal integrity.
