Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks 75526-B Cat7 S/FTP RJ45-RJ45 20m blauw

The ShiverPeaks 75526-B Cat7 S/FTP RJ45-RJ45 20m Blue is a high-performance network cable designed for reliable wired connections in homes and offices. Built to Cat7 standard with S/FTP (screened foil twisted pair) shielding, this 20-metre cable supports high data rates and reduced electromagnetic interference. Fitted with RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts, the cable provides improved conductivity and contact durability while the blue jacket helps visually organize network runs.

Advantages

This Cat7 cable offers enhanced signal integrity thanks to S/FTP shielding around individual pairs and an overall screen that minimizes crosstalk and external interference. The 20 m length provides flexibility for routing between network devices without relying on wireless links, and gold-plated RJ45 connectors improve wear resistance and electrical contact. The cable's construction suits high-bandwidth applications and ensures stable throughput for extended periods.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers, switches and desktop computers in home networks
• Wiring office workstations and network closets over moderate distances
• High-speed data transfer for NAS, streaming devices and gaming consoles
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall screen + individually foil-wrapped pairs)
• Connector type: RJ45 to RJ45
• Contact finish: Gold-plated contacts
• Length: 20 metres
• Outer jacket color: Blue

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the network port of your router, switch or modem and the other connector into your computer, NAS or networked device. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges; maintain gentle curves with a bend radius appropriate to prevent internal conductor stress. For installations near sources of strong electromagnetic noise, position the cable to minimize parallel runs with power lines and large electrical equipment. Test the connection after installation to verify link speed and stability.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable in conjunction with compatible network equipment that supports high-speed Ethernet and structured cabling practices. Avoid excessive bending and pulling forces during installation and allow slack at connector ends to reduce strain. If running the cable in-wall or through conduits, verify local building codes and use appropriate in-wall rated cabling where required.
