Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BASIC-S Cat7 3m

The ShiverPeaks BASIC-S Cat7 networking cable, 3 meters in length, provides a shielded connection suitable for high-speed Ethernet links. Constructed with U/FTP shielding and fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this black cable is intended to deliver stable data transmission for home and office networks. It supports modern networking standards and is compatible with devices requiring Gigabit and higher throughput.

Advantages

U/FTP shielding reduces crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity over the full 3 m length. The cable's Cat7 specification enables higher bandwidth and improved performance compared with earlier twisted-pair categories, while molded RJ-45 connectors ensure secure, low-loss terminations. Its 3 m length provides flexibility in typical desktop, entertainment center, and small office layouts without excess cable slack.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops, and workstations to routers, switches, or wall outlets
• Wired gaming setups where low latency and stable throughput are required
• Streaming devices and smart TVs that benefit from reliable wired internet
• Small office network connections and patching between network equipment

Key specifications

• Length: 3 meters
• Cable category: Cat7
• Shielding: U/FTP (overall unshielded braid with individually foiled pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: Black
• Conductor type: Twisted pair copper conductors

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the Ethernet port of your device and the other plug to a router, switch, modem, or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Avoid sharp bends and kinks near the connector ends to maintain signal integrity and reduce stress on the cable. For installations through tight spaces, guide the cable gently rather than pulling forcefully.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as large power supplies, fluorescent lighting fixtures, or unshielded power cables. Use the 3 m length for direct, short runs; for longer distances, choose an appropriately rated cable and follow local installation standards.
