Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS08-22306 0,3 m Cat6 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-22306 0.3m Cat6 U/UTP networking cable is a short patch lead engineered for reliable gigabit Ethernet connections. With Cat6 performance it supports high-speed data transfer up to 1000 Mbit/s and is fitted with RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to maintain consistent signal transmission and resist corrosion. The compact 0.3 m length and white jacket make this cable suitable for tidy desktop, patch panel or network appliance connections where a short, direct link is required.

Advantages

This Cat6 U/UTP cable delivers stable gigabit throughput over a short distance, minimizing latency and packet loss in local connections. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer improved contact reliability and reduced oxidation over time. The unshielded twisted pair construction provides predictable electrical performance for typical office and home network environments, while the short length reduces clutter and signal degradation associated with longer runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers to network switches or routers
• Patch panel to switch short link in server racks
• Linking network appliances, IP phones, or NAS units in close proximity
• Temporary or permanent short-distance Ethernet connections in home and office setups

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6
• Cable type: U/UTP (unshielded, twisted pair)
• Length: 0.3 m
• Maximum data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Contacts: gold-plated
• Color: white

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the appropriate network ports on your devices until the retention clip clicks into place. Use the cable to create direct Ethernet links between devices such as computers, switches, routers or network storage units. For best results, avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors and keep the cable run short and free from tight bundles with power cables to reduce potential interference.

Recommendations

For reliable gigabit performance, use this 0.3 m Cat6 cable for short, direct connections in racks, desktop setups or between closely located devices. Avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines and replace the cable if connectors show signs of wear or corrosion to maintain optimal connectivity.
