Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS08-35486 wit 30 m Cat7 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-35486 White 30 m Cat7 U/UTP networking cable is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for stable, high-speed wired connections. With a 30-metre length and Cat7 specification, it supports modern networking requirements and provides a neat white finish suitable for visible installations in homes or offices. RJ-45 connectors with gold plating ensure reliable contact and reduced signal loss for demanding data transfer tasks.

Advantages

The cable’s Cat7-class construction delivers enhanced bandwidth and reduced crosstalk compared with lower categories, enabling data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s where supported by connected equipment. U/UTP shielding offers a balance between protection from external electromagnetic interference and flexibility for installation. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve corrosion resistance and contact quality, while the 30 m length allows for long runs without intermediate repeaters or additional patching.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between routers, switches, and networked devices in homes and small offices
• High-bandwidth applications such as 10 Gigabit Ethernet, streaming, and large file transfers
• Structured cabling runs where a single shielded pair assembly is preferred for interference protection
• Visible installations that require a neutral white appearance

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Length: 30 m
• Shielding type: U/UTP (overall unshielded with individual pair shielding arrangement as per specification)
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s (dependent on network hardware)
• Color: White

How to use

Uncoil the cable carefully to avoid kinks and run it along the desired path, securing with cable clips or ties as needed while maintaining bend radius recommendations. Insert the RJ-45 connector firmly into the network port until the latch clicks. For best performance, connect compatible Cat7 or higher ports on routers, switches, or network interface cards and verify link speed and duplex settings on your devices. Avoid routing the cable parallel to power lines or heavy electrical equipment to minimize potential interference.

Recommendations

For optimal 10 Gigabit performance, use with compatible Ethernet hardware and ensure connectors and patch panels support Cat7 specifications. Store the cable coiled loosely and avoid tight bends or sharp folds to preserve signal integrity over time.
