Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS08-41063 groen 7.5m Cat8.1 F/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-41063 Green 7.5m Cat8.1 F/FTP networking cable is designed for high-speed wired connections in professional and home environments. Measuring 7.5 meters, it supports the Cat8.1 standard and features F/FTP (foil over each pair and overall foil) shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. The cable is terminated with RJ-45 connectors plated with gold to maintain reliable contact and minimize signal loss, while the green jacket provides clear visual identification within cable runs.

Advantages

The cable supports very high data transfer rates up to 40000 Mbit/s and is suitable for applications requiring low latency and high bandwidth. F/FTP shielding enhances protection against crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, improving signal stability over long runs. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer corrosion resistance and consistent conductivity for long-term performance. The 7.5 m length provides flexibility for placement between network devices without the need for additional extensions.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN backbones and switch-to-switch links
• Data centers and server rack connections
• Home networking for gaming, streaming, and high-bandwidth transfer
• Workstations and professional audio/video installations

Key specifications

• Cable standard: Cat8.1
• Shielding type: F/FTP (overall foil + foil over each pair)
• Length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold plating
• Maximum data rate: up to 40000 Mbit/s
• Color: green

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into compatible Ethernet ports on switches, routers, servers, or network interface cards until the latch clicks into place. Ensure connectors are fully seated and that the cable is routed without sharp bends to preserve shielding integrity. For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and maintain gentle curves rather than tight bends. If connecting equipment in racks, use appropriate cable management to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this Cat8.1 F/FTP cable for short to medium run high-bandwidth connections where maximum throughput and reduced interference are required. Verify that connected network equipment supports equivalent speeds and category standards to achieve the stated data rates. Store unused cables coiled loosely and protected from physical damage and extreme temperatures.
