Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS75512-B-SET5

The ShiverPeaks BS75512-B-SET5 is a 2 m Cat7 networking cable with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors at both ends. Designed for wired Ethernet connections, this blue cable supports high-speed data transmission while providing improved protection from electromagnetic interference. Its construction is suitable for home and office networks where stable, low-latency connections are required.

Advantages

This Cat7 cable combines S/FTP shielding with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to maintain signal integrity and reduce crosstalk. The 2 m length offers flexibility for typical desktop and rack connections without excess slack. A durable outer jacket and precise connector fit help ensure reliable contact and extended service life under normal use conditions.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops and network switches
• Wired connections for smart TVs and media players
• Small office networks and desktop workstations
• Home network backbones and router-to-modem links

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Length: 2 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braided shield with individually foiled pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Color: Blue
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port until it clicks into place. Use the cable to link network devices such as routers, switches, PCs or streaming devices. Avoid sharp bends or kinks near the connectors and do not place heavy objects on the cable to maintain performance. When unplugging, press the connector latch to release it rather than pulling on the cable jacket.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, route the cable away from high-voltage power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use the 2 m length for direct connections between nearby devices and choose longer runs or patch panels for extended wiring. Periodically inspect connector contacts for dust and ensure both ends are fully seated in ports.
