Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS75513-V 3m Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75513-V 3m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable delivers high-speed wired connectivity with robust shielding and reliable RJ‑45 terminations. Designed for demanding local area network environments, this 3‑metre cable supports Gigabit and higher data rates while reducing electromagnetic interference through its S/FTP (shielded foiled twisted pair) construction. The violet jacket provides a distinct visual identifier for organized cabling runs in home or office setups.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines an overall braid with individually foil‑shielded pairs to minimize crosstalk and external interference, improving signal integrity over the full 3 m length. Gold‑plated RJ‑45 connectors ensure low contact resistance and consistent signal transmission. The cable meets Cat7 performance parameters, making it suitable for high bandwidth applications and future‑proofing within structured cabling systems.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers, switches, and network interface cards for high‑speed Ethernet
• Home networks and small office setups requiring low‑interference links
• Media streaming, online gaming, and large file transfers within local networks
• Patch panels and rack installations where visual cable identification is useful

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7 performance class suitable for high bandwidth Ethernet
• Length: 3 metres
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall braided shield plus individually foil‑shielded pairs
• Connectors: RJ‑45 with gold plating for improved contact and conductivity
• Conductor type: twisted pair copper conductors
• Jacket color: violet for clear visual identification

How to use

Insert the RJ‑45 plugs into standard Ethernet ports on your devices, ensuring the connector clicks into place. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it separated from power cables when possible to reduce potential interference. For patch panel or wall‑mount connections, use the 3 m length to link intermediate network equipment or to establish a direct device‑to‑switch connection.

Recommendations

Use the cable in indoor environments and avoid exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or mechanical strain. For optimal network performance, pair this Cat7 S/FTP cable with compatible networking equipment and maintain recommended bend radius when installing in racks or conduits.
