Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks SP713-SLW wit 3m Cat6 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks SP713-SLW White 3m Cat6 U/UTP networking cable is a 3-metre Ethernet lead designed to meet Cat6 performance requirements. It uses unshielded twisted pair construction with U/UTP arrangement and RJ-45 terminations at both ends. Gold-plated contacts on the connectors improve electrical contact and resist corrosion, while the white jacket provides a discreet appearance for home, office or AV installations. The cable supports high-speed data transmission suitable for modern wired networks.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable offers a balance of signal integrity and flexibility appropriate for short to medium runs. The U/UTP construction reduces crosstalk between pairs compared with older cable categories, and the gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure stable connections and improved longevity of the plug interface. Its 3 m length is convenient for desk-to-switch or patch panel connections without excess cable slack, and the neutral white outer sheath blends into most interior environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops and workstations to a network switch or router
• Patching from wall outlets to patch panels or network equipment
• Home office and small office wired network installations
• Audio/video streaming devices and smart TV network connections

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Length: 3 m
• Conductor arrangement: U/UTP (unshielded overall with unshielded twisted pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 male on both ends
• Contact finish: Gold-plated contacts
• Outer jacket colour: White
• Typical applications: 1 Gbps Ethernet and compatible network protocols

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other connector into the corresponding port on your router, switch or wall outlet. Ensure connectors click securely into place for proper contact. Route the cable to avoid tight bends or kinks and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources such as unshielded power transformers where possible. For best performance, avoid running long parallel lengths alongside mains power cables.

Recommendations

Use this 3 m Cat6 U/UTP cable for reliable short-range wiring: desk connections, patching to nearby equipment and home media devices. Replace the cable if connector damage or visible jacket wear appears to maintain consistent network performance.
