Netwerkkabel Telegärtner RJ45 15m Cat6a S/FTP rood

The Telegärtner RJ45 networking cable 15m Cat6a S/FTP in red is a shielded Ethernet patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. It meets Cat6a specifications and provides S/FTP (shielded foiled twisted pair) protection to minimize electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity over longer runs. The cable is available with different boot styles and a molded strain relief for durable connection points.

Advantages

This Cat6a S/FTP cable offers full 360° plug shielding on shielded cable types, flexible PVC or LSZH jacket options, and a moulded strain-relief boot to reduce mechanical stress at the connector. The product includes a choice of 90°, 180° or 270° moulded boots with latch protection and is offered in multiple colours including red for easy identification. Variants with a very short boot are available when space is limited.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN connections in offices and data centres
• Home networking and multimedia streaming
• Shielded environments requiring reduced EMI
• Patch panels, switches and router connections

How to use

Connect the Telegärtner RJ45 Cat6a S/FTP cable between network devices such as switches, routers, patch panels or workstations. Ensure the RJ45 plugs are fully inserted until the latch engages. For installations in confined spaces, choose the appropriate boot angle or the very short boot variant. For shielded installations, confirm proper grounding of the cable shield at patch panels or outlet terminations.

Recommendations

Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use LSZH jacket variants where low smoke and zero halogen properties are required by building or safety standards. Inspect the moulded boots and strain reliefs periodically for wear in high-flex applications.
