Netwerkkabel Vention Cat.6 UTP-patchkabel RJ-45 0,5 m grijs

The Vention Cat.6 UTP Patch Cable (0.5 m) is a gray network cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends designed for home and engineering cabling. It supports Gigabit transmission up to 1000 Mbps, uses a U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair) structure to reduce interference, and features gold-plated brass contacts for improved conductivity and durability.

Advantages

This Cat.6 cable provides stable Gigabit performance for network devices with RJ45 interfaces. The isolated twisted-pair construction and 26AWG 8-core conductors help minimize crosstalk and external interference, while gold-plated contacts improve signal transfer and resist corrosion. The 0.5 m length is convenient for short runs between devices and patch panels.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers, switches and game consoles with RJ45 ports
• Short patch runs between wall sockets and network devices
• Home networking and light engineering cabling
• Online gaming and HD video streaming over a wired connection

Key specifications

• Cable type: U/UTP Cat.6 (patch cable)
• Length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — RJ-45
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbps (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Conductor: 26 AWG, 8-core, twisted pairs
• Contacts: gold-plated brass
• Color: Grey
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into the router, switch, or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Use the cable for direct wired connections to achieve stable Gigabit speeds over short distances; avoid excessive bending near the connectors to prevent damage.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep cable runs short as intended (0.5 m), avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines, and ensure connectors are clean and properly seated. Replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show signs of wear or damage.
