Neutrale dichtheidsfilterset (ND) voor DJI Mavic 4 Pro – ND8/ND16/ND32/ND64

Neutral Density (ND) Filter Set for DJI Mavic 4 Pro — ND8/ND16/ND32/ND64 is a four-piece collection of neutral density filters created to reduce the amount of light reaching the camera sensor. Designed specifically for the DJI Mavic 4 Pro, the set allows pilots to use longer exposure times or lower shutter speeds in bright conditions, enabling smoother motion, less rolling shutter effects and improved control over aperture and ISO for both aerial photography and video capture.

Advantages

The ND8/ND16/ND32/ND64 set delivers stepped reductions in light transmission to match different brightness levels and shooting scenarios. Each filter is neutral in color to preserve accurate color balance, while optical-grade glass and precise mounting ensure minimal image degradation and reliable alignment with the drone gimbal. The set reduces the need for extreme ISO or very fast shutter speeds in daylight, supporting cinematic motion blur and more consistent exposure when recording video or capturing long-exposure stills from the air.

Suitable for

• Aerial videography in bright daylight to achieve cinematic motion blur
• Landscape and cityscape photography requiring controlled exposure and longer shutter speeds
• Reducing shutter speed to minimize rolling shutter artifacts in fast pans
• Shooting in high-contrast conditions where balanced exposure is required

Key specifications

• Filter set: ND8, ND16, ND32, ND64
• Function: neutral density attenuation to reduce incoming light
• Optical characteristics: neutral color balance to avoid color cast
• Compatibility: designed for DJI Mavic 4 Pro camera/gimbal system
• Mounting: quick-attach system matched to the camera housing for secure fit

How to use

Attach the selected ND filter to the Mavic 4 Pro camera according to the drone manufacturer’s mounting instructions, choosing the density that matches current lighting conditions. Use ND8 for mildly bright scenes, ND16 for typical daylight, ND32 for very bright conditions, and ND64 for extremely bright environments or when you need a very slow shutter speed. After mounting, check framing and exposure in the viewfinder or live feed, and adjust shutter speed, aperture and ISO as required to achieve the intended motion blur and exposure balance.

Recommendations

When switching filters mid-flight, land the aircraft or follow safe procedures to avoid instability. Verify exposure settings after each change and consider bracketing or using histogram/waveform tools to confirm optimal exposure. Store filters in a protective case when not in use to prevent scratches and dust.
