AIRMAC DB80 membraanluchtpomp 89W 80L/min voor vijverbeluchting

The AIRMAC DB80 is a high-performance diaphragm air pump engineered for continuous aeration in demanding aquatic environments. With an impressive air flow of 80 liters per minute at a maximum pressure of 0.035 MPa, it delivers reliable oxygenation for ponds, aquaculture systems, and wastewater treatment facilities. Its robust aluminum alloy housing and IPX4 splash-proof design ensure durability in outdoor and humid conditions, while the ultra-quiet operation below 38 dB keeps noise to a minimum. This pump is built for 24/7 operation, featuring thermal overload protection and a long-lasting EPDM diaphragm for maintenance-free performance.

Advantages

The DB80 combines powerful airflow with energy efficiency, consuming only 89 W from a standard 230 V AC supply. The integrated thermal protection prevents overheating, extending the pump's service life even under continuous load. The IPX4 rating protects against water splashes from any direction, making it safe for use near water features. Its low noise output ensures a peaceful environment, while the 18 mm outlet diameter allows easy connection to standard air tubing or multi-outlet manifolds for larger installations.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the pump above water level and use a check valve to prevent backflow. Connect to an air stone or diffuser rated for at least 80 L/min. Ensure the power supply is protected by a residual current device (RCD) when used outdoors. Regularly inspect the air filter and replace the diaphragm every 12-18 months depending on usage.
