Why choose it

The 4F M165 is more than a base layer—it's a performance tool. The polyester-elastane blend offers four-way stretch for unrestricted movement, while the thermoactive fabric traps body heat when you need it and releases excess warmth as you heat up. Quick-drying properties keep you comfortable during interval training, and the anti-odor finish means you can wear it for back-to-back workouts without worry.

Ideal use cases

• Running in cool weather
• High-intensity gym sessions
• Layering under a jacket for outdoor sports
• Cycling or hiking in variable conditions
• Year-round training as a standalone top in mild temperatures

Good to know

Care is simple: machine wash cold, tumble dry low, no bleach, no iron, no dry clean. The athletic fit is true to size; if you prefer a looser cut, consider sizing up. Pair with the 4F thermoactive leggings for a complete thermal base layer system.
