Novus B 4FC plat clinch zwart

The Novus B 4FC Flat clinch Black stapler is a compact, lightweight stapling tool designed for everyday office and home use. It staples up to 50 sheets in a single action and uses flat clinch technology so staples lie flat against the paper, reducing stack height and improving file storage. The stapler's black finish and slim profile suit modern workspaces while the 265 g weight makes it easy to handle and move between desks.

Advantages

Flat clinch mechanism keeps documents neat by folding staple ends flat, which reduces bulk and prevents snagging in folders and filing systems. High capacity allows fastening of larger document sets—up to 50 sheets—while maintaining consistent staple quality. The lightweight construction and ergonomic profile provide comfortable single-hand operation. Durable internal components are engineered for frequent use and straightforward reloading.

How to use

Place the paper stack squarely into the stapling throat, aligning the edge where you want the staple. Press the top of the stapler firmly until the mechanism completes the staple and the ends are flattened. To reload, open the stapler’s top loading compartment according to the visible hinge and insert a compatible strip of staples into the channel, then close until it locks. For best results, ensure paper is properly aligned and the stapler is on a stable surface during use.

Recommendations

Use standard office staples of the recommended size for reliable performance and to avoid jamming. Do not exceed the rated stapling capacity to prevent damage. Periodically check and clear any staple debris and keep the stapler in a dry environment to maintain smooth operation.
