OBO BETTERMANN 2016 40 LGR geïsoleerde nagelclip 16mm L40 PP lichtgrijs RAL7035 2228211

The OBO BETTERMANN 2016 40 LGR Iso-Nagel-Clip stands out as a pre-mounted insulated nail clip that combines a 40 mm steel nail with a 16 mm polypropylene clamping body, offering a fast hammer-in installation for securing cables and conduits on masonry, concrete, or wood. Unlike loose clips that require separate fasteners, this one-piece solution reduces installation steps and ensures consistent alignment.

Highlights

• Pre-mounted electro-galvanised steel nail for immediate hammer-in mounting
• Insulated polypropylene body with 16 mm clamping diameter for secure cable retention
• Halogen-free and self-extinguishing material for safer installations
• Light grey RAL 7035 colour blends with common building surfaces
• Temperature resistance from -20 to +85 °C for indoor and outdoor use

In daily use

The clip is positioned over the cable or pipe and driven into the surface with a hammer; the pre-mounted nail eliminates the need to hold a separate nail, speeding up repetitive work. The polypropylene body insulates the clamped line from the nail, reducing the risk of galvanic corrosion or electrical contact. Its 16 mm clamping diameter suits standard cables and conduits, while the 40 mm nail length provides reliable anchorage in solid substrates.
