The OBO BS-H1-M-12 FT U-bolt clamp stands out for its hot-dip galvanized finish, which delivers exceptional corrosion resistance in demanding industrial and outdoor environments. Unlike standard zinc-plated clamps, this model's thick galvanic coating withstands moisture, chemicals, and mechanical wear, ensuring long-term reliability for pipe, conduit, and cable installations. Its M12 thread and 8–12 mm clamping range make it a versatile choice for secure fastening in electrical and construction projects.

Highlights

• Hot-dip galvanized steel construction for superior corrosion protection
• Clamping range of 8–12 mm accommodates various pipe and conduit diameters
• M12 thread with two included nuts for quick, secure mounting
• Complies with DIN 3570 for standardized U-bolt clamps
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor use in industrial, electrical, and construction settings

In daily use

Installing the BS-H1-M-12 FT is straightforward: position the U-bolt around the pipe or cable, insert the threaded ends through the mounting surface, and tighten the two nuts evenly. The clamp's robust steel body maintains a firm grip even under vibration or thermal expansion, preventing slippage and ensuring alignment. Its metallic grey finish blends seamlessly with industrial equipment, while the galvanized layer resists rust and abrasion, reducing maintenance needs over time.
