Omnitronic PAA-360 ELA-versterker 360 W 100 V voor ELA-installaties

The Omnitronic PAA-360 ELA amplifier 360 W 100 V for public address systems is a fixed-power 100 V amplifier designed to deliver reliable audio for distributed loudspeaker installations. Built for background music and public address applications, the unit provides a nominal 360 watts output in a 100 V constant-voltage topology, allowing many speakers to be connected over long cable runs without complex impedance matching. The amplifier is intended for continuous operation in commercial and public venues such as shops, offices, restaurants and assembly areas where centralized amplification is required.

Advantages

The amplifier combines a 100 V constant-voltage output with stable, long-term performance and simple connectivity for ELA (electro-acoustic) systems. Its fixed-power design simplifies system planning and speaker selection, while robust construction ensures reliable operation in everyday commercial environments. The unit reduces installation complexity for distributed speaker networks and supports clear voice and background music reproduction across multiple zones.

How to use

Install the amplifier in a suitable equipment rack or a ventilated cabinet and connect a stable mains supply according to local electrical regulations. Route the 100 V speaker lines to distributed ceiling or wall loudspeakers using appropriate gauge cable for the run length. Match the speaker taps to the amplifier power so the combined load does not exceed the nominal 360 W rating. Connect input sources (mixer, microphone processor, or audio player) to the amplifier inputs and set input gain and local volume controls to achieve the required sound levels while avoiding clipping. Verify all speaker connections and perform a level check across zones before leaving the system in normal operation.

Recommendations

Place the amplifier where it receives adequate ventilation and avoid stacking other heat-generating devices directly on top. Use correct speaker tap settings and calculate total distributed power to prevent overloading. For permanent installations, schedule periodic inspections of wiring, terminal integrity and cooling paths to maintain consistent performance in public address applications.
