Luidsprekeromschakelaar Omnitronic LUB-27 7-voudig zwart

Omnitronic LUB-27 7‑port black is a passive loudspeaker switch in a compact black housing that allows manual routing of an audio amplifier output to one of seven connected speakers. The unit is designed for simple, reliable selection between multiple loudspeakers without active electronics or signal processing, providing a straightforward tool for small venues, rehearsal rooms, home audio arrangements and speaker testing. Front-panel switching delivers quick selection while preserving source and amplifier settings.

Advantages

The passive design eliminates the need for power and reduces potential points of failure, while robust mechanical switching ensures durable operation. A clear front-panel selector makes it easy to choose between seven speaker outputs, and the compact metal housing is suitable for rack-top or shelf placement. The unit reduces the risk of accidental amplifier load changes by providing a controlled switching interface, and its neutral signal path preserves the original audio quality without coloration.

How to use

Connect the amplifier output to the input terminal on the rear of the speaker switch and connect up to seven loudspeakers to the output terminals. Use the front-panel selector to choose the desired speaker output; switching is done manually and does not require power. Verify amplifier and speaker impedance compatibility before making connections and ensure the amplifier is turned down or muted while changing connections to avoid loud transients. After selecting the output, adjust amplifier volume as required.

Recommendations

Use the Omnitronic LUB-27 in setups where manual selection between speakers is needed without any signal modification. Avoid switching under heavy load at maximum amplifier volume to prevent contact wear and potential noise. Confirm impedance compatibility between amplifier and selected speaker to ensure safe operation.
