Omvormer QOLTEC Monolith 3000 MS Wave, 12V→230V, 1500/3000W, met USB

QOLTEC Monolith 3000 MS Wave is a 12V to 230V power inverter that provides 1500W continuous output and 3000W peak power for short surges. It converts DC from a vehicle battery or standalone battery bank into a stable AC mains supply suitable for running household appliances, power tools and electronic devices. The unit includes a USB port for direct charging of mobile devices and offers sine wave output intended to reduce interference with sensitive electronics.

Advantages

The inverter delivers a high continuous power rating of 1500W with a 3000W surge capacity to handle start-up currents of motors and compressors. Its pure/multistage sine wave output provides improved compatibility with audio equipment, computers and precision electronics compared with modified sine designs. The integrated USB port allows convenient charging of phones and tablets without requiring an additional adapter. Designed for vehicle and off-grid use, the device supports safe conversion of 12V DC to 230V AC with built-in protections against overload, short circuit and thermal conditions.

Suitable for

• Powering small appliances and electric tools in a caravan, camper or motorhome
• Supplying AC power for equipment on boats and yachts
• Running power tools and chargers at mobile workshops or work sites
• Emergency backup power for home electronics and lighting
• Charging smartphones, tablets and USB devices while traveling

Key specifications

• Input voltage: 12 V DC
• Output voltage: 230 V AC
• Continuous power: 1500 W
• Peak (surge) power: 3000 W
• Output waveform: MS / sine-type output suitable for sensitive electronics
• USB output: built-in USB port for charging mobile devices
• Protections: overload, short circuit and thermal protection
• Typical applications: caravans, boats, mobile workshops, emergency power

How to use

Connect the inverter to a 12V battery using appropriate cables and terminals, ensuring correct polarity. Place the inverter on a flat, ventilated surface and keep it clear of flammable materials. Switch the unit on and then connect 230V appliances to the AC outlets; use the USB port to charge mobile devices directly. Monitor the inverter for indicator lights or fault signals and avoid drawing continuous loads above the rated 1500W. For high-startup loads, verify that the battery and cabling can supply the necessary surge current for short durations.

Recommendations

Use battery cables of sufficient gauge and secure connections to minimize voltage drop and heating. Allow airflow around the inverter and avoid enclosed or high-temperature environments. For protection of connected equipment, connect sensitive devices to the inverter when it is switched on and verify compatibility of inductive loads such as compressors or motors with the inverter's surge rating. Regularly check battery state and charging system to ensure reliable operation during mobile or emergency use.
