Its compact form factor and intuitive button layout provide comfortable one-hand operation. The device uses standard infrared transmission for wide compatibility with legacy equipment and offers reliable response for typical home use.

• Controlling TCL and Thomson TVs as a replacement for original remotes
• Operating additional infrared-based AV devices such as set-top boxes, DVD/Blu-ray players and audio systems
• Households that want to consolidate multiple remotes into one handset
• Simple living-room setups where straightforward, reliable control is required

Key specifications

• Infrared (IR) transmitter for line-of-sight device control

How to use

Insert the recommended batteries and point the remote at the device you wish to control. If the remote is preprogrammed for your TCL or Thomson model, basic functions such as power, volume and channel will work immediately. For other compatible devices, follow the handheld programming instructions provided with the remote to enter the correct code or use the code-search/auto-scan method to pair the remote with your equipment. Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the device’s IR receiver for reliable operation.

Recommendations

Store the remote in a dry place and replace batteries when response becomes slow or intermittent. To extend battery life, remove batteries if the remote will not be used for an extended period. Keep the IR window clean and free from obstructions to maintain consistent signal transmission.
