The BLAUPUNKT WB2010 is a handheld propane flame tool designed for outdoor weed control. It connects to a standard propane or butane gas cylinder and generates a directed open flame to treat weeds on driveways, patios and garden paths. The tool provides a chemical-free, thermal alternative for spot treatment and seasonal clearing, suitable for homeowners and maintenance workers who need a compact, fuel-powered solution.

Advantages

The BLAUPUNKT WB2010 offers rapid heat application that targets weed foliage and growing points without using herbicides. Its handheld design and gas-cylinder connection deliver portability and continuous operation for extended sessions. How to use

Connect the BLAUPUNKT WB2010 to a compatible propane or butane cylinder following the manufacturer's instructions for secure attachment. Ignite the unit outdoors in a well-ventilated area and apply the directed flame briefly to weed foliage and growth points until leaves wilt; avoid prolonged exposure to prevent damage to surrounding surfaces. Work methodically along cracks and joints, treating small sections at a time and allowing heated plant material to cool before moving on. Turn off the gas supply and let the tool cool fully before disconnecting the cylinder and storing the device.

Recommendations

Use the burner only outdoors on dry, non-flammable surfaces and maintain a safe distance from combustible materials. Wear protective gloves and eye protection, follow local regulations for open flame use, and avoid operation in windy conditions. Do not use on living lawn turf or close to sensitive plants; use short, controlled bursts of flame for targeted results.
