Oplaadbare NiMH AA-batterij GP GP180AAH 1,2 V 1800 mAh

Rechargeable NiMH AA battery GP GP180AAH provides a nominal voltage of 1.2 V and a capacity of 1800 mAh, intended for repeated charging cycles and continuous use in medium-drain devices. The cell is shaped to the AA standard and is compatible with most chargers and applications designed for nickel-metal hydride batteries. It is suitable for everyday portable electronics where disposable battery replacement is to be minimized and predictable performance is required.

Advantages

The GP NiMH AA battery delivers consistent voltage under typical loads and supports multiple recharge cycles to reduce waste and long-term cost compared with single-use batteries. It offers stable capacity for everyday devices, low self-discharge compared to older NiMH types, and broad compatibility with AA-size chargers and equipment. The chemistry ensures relatively safe operation under normal charging and discharging conditions.

Suitable for

• Remote controls and wireless keyboards/mice
• Children’s toys and electronic games
• Flashlights and headlamps
• Portable audio devices and handheld gadgets
• Digital cameras and compact electronics with medium power draw

Key specifications

• Cell type: Nickel-metal hydride (NiMH)
• Size: AA (standard cylindrical cell)
• Nominal voltage: 1.2 V
• Rated capacity: 1800 mAh
• Rechargeable: Yes, designed for multiple charge/discharge cycles

How to use

Insert the battery into devices following the polarity markings. Charge the cell with a charger suitable for NiMH AA batteries and follow the charger manufacturer’s instructions regarding charge current and termination method. Allow batteries to cool to room temperature before charging if they have been used extensively. Replace batteries as a matched set in devices that require multiple cells for best performance.

Recommendations

For longest life, store the batteries in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to high temperature. Use a dedicated NiMH-compatible charger with proper charge termination to prevent overcharging. When using several batteries together, use ones with similar charge history and capacity to maintain balanced performance.
