Ordneretiketten Avery L6059-25 wit 59 x 297 mm

Avery Border Binder Labels L6059-25 White 59 x 297mm are self-adhesive printable labels created for tidy binder identification and document organization. Each pack contains 25 sheets with pre-cut white labels sized 59 x 297 mm, suitable for most ring binders and lever-arch files. The labels are compatible with common laser and inkjet printers and permit easy customization using label-design software or standard word-processing templates.

Advantages

These binder labels provide a clean, consistent appearance for folders and binders while maintaining strong adhesion to paper, cardboard and many plastic surfaces. The white surface ensures good contrast for printed text and barcodes, while the border design helps frame titles and section names for clearer readability. Sheets are formatted to reduce feed jams and align reliably in standard office printers, supporting efficient bulk printing.

Suitable for

• Labeling spines of ring binders and lever-arch files
• Organizing archive boxes and shelving where long rectangular labels are needed
• Printing titles, dates, and department names for office filing systems
• Creating uniform identification for project folders, manuals, and training materials

How to use

Design the label layout in your preferred label software or using a word processor with matching page settings for 59 x 297 mm labels. Load the sheets into the printer according to the printer manufacturer’s feed direction, and use a test print to check alignment and margins before printing multiple sheets. After printing, simply peel the label from the backing and press it firmly onto the binder spine or other clean, dry surface. Allow a short settling time for the adhesive to achieve full bond.

Recommendations

For best results, store sheets flat in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or high humidity. Clean the application surface of dust and grease before applying the label. Use draft or standard print settings for black text and adjust color or quality settings when printing logos or colored headings. When planning bulk printing, run a single test sheet to confirm orientation and printer margin settings.
