Unpack the new OKI 44844475 drum, remove protective covers or tapes, then insert the drum into the designated slot until it clicks into place. Reinstall toner cartridges, close the cover, power the printer on, and run a test print or drum initialization if prompted by the printer's display.

Replace the drum when print density or colour consistency degrades, or when the printer indicates end-of-life for the drum unit. Use genuine OKI consumables to ensure compatibility and maintain warranty conditions.
