Osram 64572 halogeenlamp 1000 W R7s 26000 lm 150 h

The Osram 64572 halogen bulb is a 1000 W R7s lamp designed for high-intensity lighting applications in professional and entertainment environments. It delivers a luminous flux of 26,000 lm with a colour temperature typically at 3,200 K (suitable for film and TV) and an alternative 3,400 K setting for maximum luminous efficacy. The rated service life is approximately 150 hours and the lamp is compatible with fixtures using an R7s fitting and mains voltages of 120 V, 230 V or 240 V.

Advantages

This halogen lamp provides very high luminous output from a compact linear R7s form factor, ensuring strong illumination where intense, directional light is required. Its selectable colour-temperature options (3,200 K for professional film/TV applications and 3,400 K for higher luminous efficacy) make it adaptable to different lighting needs. The standardized R7s cap ensures compatibility with a variety of suitable luminaires.

How to use

Install the R7s halogen bulb only into compatible luminaires designed for linear R7s lamps. Ensure the fixture is rated for the lamp’s power (1000 W) and operating voltage before switching on. Always follow the luminaire manufacturer’s instructions for mounting and electrical connection. Allow the lamp to cool before handling or replacing it; use appropriate tools and protective equipment when necessary.

Recommendations

To prevent injury or property damage, operate halogen lamps only in luminaires designed with protective mechanisms (shields, grids or similar) that retain fragments if the lamp bursts and block ultraviolet radiation during operation. Fixtures should display a heat-warning label indicating the high operating temperature. For detailed safety information consult the luminaire manufacturer or request the product safety documentation.
